Shipping Policy
We offer Domestic Shipping only.

Shipping Times
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will enter our Order Processing System that day (excluding holidays) and will be shipped within 48 hours, pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will enter our Order Processing System on the next business day and will be shipped within 48 hours of entering the system.

Shipping Carriers
At check-out, you may choose to have your order delivered by either the United States Postal Service or DHL Express.

Shipping via USPS:
The U.S. Postal Service delivers to street and Post Office addresses.
USPS Shipping Insurance is available at an additional charge, and may be purchased at
check-out.

Shipping Via DHL:
1. Addresses: Please be aware that DHL cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Tracking: If you chose delivery via DHL Express, tracking is automatically provided.
3. Insurance (“Value Protection”): DHL shipments are automatically covered by $100.00 shipping insurance.

Returns: Refunds and Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Please read and follow the four easy steps of our How to Return an Item instructions below.

What Items Are Accepted for Credit or Exchange:
Fancy & Funky accepts returns of items within 15 days of delivery, provided that the returned merchandise meets these requirements: The items must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags intact. Fancy & Funky reserves the right to refuse credit for returned merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements. Returns must be received by Fancy & Funky within 10 days of our emailing your Return Authorization Number (RA#).

How to Return an Item:

1.
Starting the Return Process
To initiate the return, first email us at returns@fancyandfunky.com within 15 days delivery.
a. In your email, please specify your preference:
- A refund to the credit card used for the purchase
- A merchandise exchange (Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value, and are subject to availability of the item requested and subject to your pre-payment of any cost difference and additional taxes, as well as shipping charges.)
b. Please include the reason for your return.

Returned merchandise will not be processed nor will any refunds be made without a Return Authorization Number. Please note that the issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for refund or exchange. Fancy & Funky will notify you of acceptance once the merchandise has been returned and inspected.

2. Receiving Your Return Authorization Number (RA#)
We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#), our address and contact information, and a copy of these return instructions. Please print this email and include it with the returned merchandise.

3. Packing and Shipping Your Return
a. Package must include the copy of our RA email.
b. Packages must be shipped prepaid and insured. We recommend that you insure your return package for its full value. We are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled, and you are responsible for filing any insurance claims.
- Fancy & Funky recommends that you use a carrier that provides a tracking service.
- We will refuse all Cash/Check on Delivery (COD) packages.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.

c. The return package, bearing the RA# indicated by the blank, must be addressed to:

The RA# must be legibly written on the outside of the package to ensure proper and timely handling of your return.

4. Receiving Your Credit or Exchange
Fancy & Funky will process your return within five business days of our receipt of your return package and will email you with details of the status of your return or any exchange you have requested. Refund credits will be issued only to the Purchaser’s original credit card. Credit card companies may take up to two billing cycles to reflect a credit on your statement.

Our Privacy Policy
The personal information you provide us will be held in strict confidence. Fancy & Funky does not make it available to any third party, company, group, or organization without your written consent. Fancy & Funky may use your e-mail address to notify you of special promotions and new products. If you do not wish to receive these types of messages, please email us at writeus@fancyandfunky.com and tell us to remove your address from our marketing mailing list.

Fraud Prevention
Fancy & Funky DOES NOT email you to verify your credit card number. If you receive an email that appears to come from Fancy & Funky which asks you to provide your credit card number via email, DO NOT RESPOND TO IT! You should only submit your credit card information to us when completing an order on our secure Check-Out page or when YOU telephone US. Fancy & Fancy will not be liable for any loss or damage due to fraud that may be committed by any third party.
